In ZZI we’ve designed a solution that assures an effective method of arrangement, sending, correction and management of Intrastat reports. The application module ZZIfakt provides a friendly environment for the entry and management of invoices and all data required for Intrastat reporting and for the implementation of all types of customs procedures. Functions of tariffs, joining of items, quick manual entry, links to other solutions and packages (EUL, NCTS, Intrastat,...) is assured as is invoice management. Upon entering the documents by the partner or forwarder the use and transfer of data to the customs procedures and reporting are very simple and fast..
We enable the forwarders to be completely engaged in carrying out transport and optimisation of transport. With the application module ZZIsped they can upgrade the application for the support of foreign trade exchange of goods with the efficient capacity for charging their services. In that way they can chase up the calculation of their services and gained time can be used for transport of additional freight.
