eIDAS

From 06.01.2016 onwards, all EU countries will apply the Regulation eIDAS regulating the field of electronic identification and trust services. A transitional period during which Member States of America to exercise any binding provisions is 09.28.2018.

Regulation regulates Six trust services: Electronic signatures, electronic seals, electronic time stamps, electronic service guide delivery service retention of qualified electronic signatures and services to the respect of certificates to authenticate websites. Providers who wish to offer a certified SERVICES trust will have its SERVICES revise the relevant authority. Qualified services will be recognized in all Member States.
